why every time i come to this location around 8:45-9pm they’re never taking orders? it has happened to me 3 times this week, this is ridiculous. You can clearly see them through the window they’re just playing around, and on the phone… it hard to find good sonic locations. It’s seems that no one wants to there job! I’m never going back to sonic. there attitude has not change.

I went there to grab a quick dinner while I was still on the clock at my job and I sat there for 10 min, so I decided to place the order off the app to see if it would make it faster. I went to the drive thru and sat there for an extra 15 min and I ended up driving off without my food and coming back to pick it up later.If there isn't enough staff then maybe they shouldn't be open. There were lots of customers there who were waiting for their orders and still didn't receive them. Get the staff together!
