Can barely understand the speed talker on the mic just to barely hear that we needed to use the drive thru. And when you pull up all you hear is the kids behind the window hooping and hollering and definitely not paying attention to the job at hand which was giving me and my wife the proper portion size for $10 worth of icecream. Folks I have been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years and by no means is this acceptable.... is this the new normal. Is this what we as a public have to look forward to when we go out to eat. I could of just as easily gone to a store and bought a treat for me and my wife and after this will do that in the future. Sorry sonic after years of going to your establishment I think I'm done with the games....
