Went around 9pm and ordered ahead through the mobile app, checked into a stall and carhop Layla came out to tell me their ice cream machine was down (ofcourse) so I asked for a refund for the shake. Layla brung out the food with a receipt that says I was suppose to receive a cash refund but I guess she needed the $3.78 that night because I didn’t receive anything, food was tasteless and they basically charged my card for more than what my order was…never again

Customer service was exceptional but drinks were terrible! Fountain drinks were all carbonated water!!!!

Imagine being at the Sonic Drive-In and the manager comes out and about your day and if thing is everything is going okay checking on his customers that's amazing I don't think I've ever had that happen that doesn't really happen in restaurants anymore either when you're there for a sit-down dinner this is a great Sonic there fast if people are friendly and remember to leave a tip
