Ordered through the Sonic app, arrived to pickup order and was told the ice cream machine is broken and that they could not refund the order either. Unacceptable business practice.

I don't know if this Sonic Drive-In is understaffed or poorly managed, but it's the worst one that I have ever been to. The lady who brought me Mighty was very polite and apologetic. But I think she was working by herself. And it was a busy morning. I had to wait 10 minutes just for a glass of tea. I probably will not stop at this Sonic restaurant again.
