the man at the drive thru was incredibly rude and cut me off before i could finish my order. along with me being ignored and not finishing my order i was given the wrong thing due to him not listening to me.

Really don’t know why I keep coming to this Sonic. After waiting in the stall for about 5 minutes, I ended going through the drive thru...If you aren’t waiting 30+ minutes, you’re waiting 15+\-with a completely wrong order...

This Sonic is very clean and tidy. You have to customer service is not great.. I arrived at 3:59 p.m. for happy hour and the lady rudely told me that I could not order for happy hour that I was too late. Not only that but all ordered was a dr. Pepper and a corn dog for my son... And it literally took 22 minutes to get it out to me. It was not a busy time of day and this happens quite often when I go here. So much that I am thinking of not going to this Sonic Drive-In anymore... Maybe going to another and try it
