The incompetence at this particular sonic is astounding. Myself and my roommates are constantly getting the wrong blasts with little to no toppings on them. Even when the restaurant is mostly empty, the blasts are made incorrect and sloppy with ice cream smeared all over the cups. What is wrong with this place?

A freaking joke, I waited over 30 minutes for 4 drinks. Finally asked for a refund and 10 minutes later I still didn't have a refund receipt. I called and spoke to an Elizabeth, a manager and she acted like dealing with the issue wasn't a priority.Still disgusting.
