This location was a bit slow. I'm sure because it was Christmas they weren't serving the entire menu. We waited about an half of hour to get one sundae and a milkshake. The items were good but the communication and service was low standard.

My main reason why I would visit Sonic Drive-Ins in the past were for the Java Chillers. Once they dropped them, my visits to Sonic Drive-Ins were drastically cut. I feel that the wait time at Sonics are longer than other fast food chains. What brought me to the 249 location on a Friday evening was a craving for a milkshake. To my amazement, I was acknowledged soon after I pressed the4 order button. What makes this amazing to me is that there are several Sonic locations in which I had pushed the order button at least twice and was never acknowledged. Now, if you are thinking that I had set the bar low, you are right. In my experiences with Sonic, this was a great visit. For other fast food chains, the bar is higher.
