Great food, had an awesome chili cheese dog. Drive thru went fast. Food was hot and how i ordered it.

I actually drove off bc the intercom wasn't working. There were no signs directing where to order. An employee came out and told one customer something and then, they drove away. I looked into the cost of owning a Sonics afterwards. This should be a pandemic prove business. If the employees are lazy, it's the managers>owners' fault. The hiring process has to improve. I've notice really bad service in all Sonic drive-in's. It's sad bc I've been going to Sonic since 1994. Will this franchise disappear with all ,"BAD," SERVICE businesses...
