Sadly, since a change in Management and Covid, this place has gone down hill. Of my last 5 (five) orders, none were done correctly. I even order on the Sonic app hoping that my specific instructions would be followed but they are not.The breakfast burritos are supposed to be composed on sausage crumbles. Instead it’s an overcooked patty cut into thirds, places on a tasteless folded egg.The last big hamburger purchased used the smaller meat paddy when the larger patty was called for.My drink order has been constantly served wrong. Seriously-what’s so hard about “No Ice”?The tater tots are cold more often than not Such a disappointment. I have now switched to another Sonic location, twice the distance from my residence, and will not return.

This Sonic is so bad they have removed their store number from the receipt so you can't fill out the their corporate feedback. They seriously jacked up an order of two milkshakes. Just enough chocolate to color, no banana in the banana. The shakes were chunky and the ice cream was obviously refrozen. This is not this store's first horrid order. Go to the one on 1463. This one is terrible.EDIT: the "owner" replied with a number that hung up on me before the review and a link that requires a store number, which is conveniently not one the receipt.

I cannot believe that the crew working this evening at Sonic Drive-In (25022 Fm 1093 Road, Katy, TX) @Sonic.Drive.In.6380 had no gloves or face masks on. How is this okay? I noticed a car left the line and didn't think much of it. As I started observing the crew through the window I realized that nobody was following any kind of social distancing, or following protocols that are now the norm, like wearing gloves or a face mask. I also left the line, we are in no way far removed from Covid 19. No time to be careless. Covering up is not optional when handling food during this time!
