Like most fast food it filled the need

Ordered an online order for 6PM pickup. Arrived at 6:03 and pushed the call button. 20 minutes later someone finally picks up and says you’re order will be right out. At 6:50 we finally received our order and it was cold. There is no benefit to doing an advanced online order if it’s not going to be ready when you arrive.

This is a mockery of what a fast food restaurant should be. I order a 12 piece boneless wings and you give me a single 1oz tub of ranch for all that hot wing action? How do you expect a grown man to distribute 1oz of ranch across twelve boneless wings? A dab here and there? You don't need $15/hour to figure out that one tub of ranch for a 1/2 pound of chicken isn't enough. This is a travesty. You have caused me to lose faith in Sonic Drive-ins everywhere.
