I'm a working man that has hardly any time to spare throughout my work day in order to stay on my schedule. And so when I take a few minutes to roll through Sonic Drive-In[hence the name SONIC!].. I in no way expect my order to be there rather quickly, or at least within a few minutes. WELL, I pulled up to the ordering station, pressed the red button and waited..............and waited........................and waited...................................AND WAITED; And I never once got a response.! At one point in my life I worked fast food so I know what it's like to be inside the building with orders rushing in different orders made for specific people a specific way. And you want every order to be perfect. B U T... there was only about three other cars that had already been there before I pulled up, this was that about 4 o'clock p.m. Everytime I go to this Sonic ( the only reason I go to that one is because it's in a convenient spot for my job).. but I will say that everytime I go there I am displeased. The service is poor, the orders and never right, and most [NOT ALL] the staff is completely rude!
