I went to Sonic on Airport Road yesterday to get lunch for my coworkers and I. The lady working was extremely rude to me. Gave me dirty looks, didn’t say a single word to me when I pulled up to the window to pick up my food and just shoved all my food and drinks out the window. She closed the windows and walked away, again without saying a single word to me. I pulled into a spot to check my order, luckily everything was right but I found hair in one of my sides. I ended up just throwing it out because I knew there was no use in trying to go back to get it replaced.

The lady on the speaker couldn't even give us 5 seconds to order. She was very short and it wasn't busy. There was 1 car infront of us. The food which we ate in the parking lot was cold. Pretty dissatisfied with it. I know these workers are short handed these days but geez.

On a Thursday evening, the only part of this that was open was the drive-thru. No dine in and no stalls. But we were the only ones in the Drive-Thru. My slushy and mozzarella sticks were made quickly. Happy with the service.
