I ordered two drinks one sweet tea and one unsweetened tea. When he handed them to me I asked which was unsweet. He looked at the lid and told me. When we took a drink they were swapped. We asked for new ones because they mis marked them and we didn't want to drink after each other. They said no because it wasn't their fault. They were extremely rude and said that the manager supposedly was aware and said no.

Wasted my whole lunch break waiting in the drive thru and had to leave before I got my food. 10 mins is entirely too long to wait in that line. I should know as I used to work fast food. Staff was just walking around acting like nothing was amiss.

Staff was fine but the equipment itself should be capable of accepting the Credit/Debit Card chip as well. Also the staff should be able to manually input the card if the card slide reader isn't able to accept the card. I was informed that the system didn't allow them to do so & there an ATM in the store to use. Store is clean, staff were pleasant it was the lack of equipment updates that caused the 2 Star.
