Booked reservations for a Saturday at 6:30 pm for a party of two; it was a full house. Was seated immediately.Parking is a small lot and they offer complimentary valet. There is not street parking close by.Food came out quickly for the first hour but there was a 15 minute wait when the unagi and Uni pasta came out. I think the waiter forgot about the order.Everything is fresh and memorable.We ordered:Crispy sushi rice: toro is creamy, the crispy rice and the sautéed veggies gives the dish a good balance of textureUni pasta: very light flavors, can't taste the Uni or truffle, needs more UniSalmon over fire: salmon is buttery but it's for the gramChili hamachi: BOMB! The best hamachi ever! The fried scallions and garlic is Heaven!Torched toro truffle: the toro is so good! Light flavors but melts in your mouth.Hamachi apple: very tangy, least favorite rollSeared sake toro: melts in your mouthO-toro: like butter, so goodHousemade potato chip: very interesting, salmon is perfectBuri toro: very good
