I have never written a negative review about any establishment I’ve eaten at until now. I ordered a seafood pasta and the first bite I took had a long black hair in it. The waitress said she was sorry and I wouldn’t have to pay for the entree. She took it back and had a new new order of the same pasta made for me. Our waitress had gone home before our bill was brought to us. When the bill came they charged us for the the pasta regardless of our waitress saying it would be comped. When I explained the situation to the man who brought us the bill he said “well you ate it didn’t you”. They then charged us 3 times for our bill. When we called to speak to the manager he said “I’m not going to go into that” regarding the hair and o...
