The place is dirty, trash on the ground, employees/cooks on their phones texting. Just over all dirty feel.

Very pleasant breakfast at South City Kitchen Avalon during a recent business trip. My business partner had the egg white frittata, which was excellent. Nice and crispy -- must have been made in a cast iron pan. I was trying to go no-carb so I ordered off menu -- two eggs over easy with melted local Gouda and a side of chicken sausage. Very tasty, particularly with the house made hot sauce. Service was attentive -- multiple servers; not sure if they were...
