The salads, way good!  The pizza which came after was so good I asked for a second slice!  Like my mom used to say, good things come in 3's. Well, my third good experience came with the service. Initially came for lunch with my buddy as we like to explore different spots and sure enough, our efforts yielded a positive result. So in the end, 5 stars!

First time coming here, the pizza smell from the street drew us in. I thought the pizza was decent but not my favorite I thought the crust was a bit on the thin side and the sauce was missing something, a little disappointing at 5$ a slice. Decent beer selection with the addition of cocktails. Our bartender talked a bit much and didn't seem like he fully knew the beers he was selling as he tried to describe what a "gose" sour beer was. Nice big open bar though with a back patio area and from the look of it they allow kids!

South Town Pie is one of the few joints that sells pizza by the slice. They sell plain, pepperoni, and specialty daily specials that they'll heat up for you - this business model is similar to ones you see in the Northeast. The pizza comes out hot with a crispy crust and melty toppings. It is very, very close to being a New Yorker slice except for the price point (2 slices and a soda puts you into the double digits) and slice size (smallish).
