We ordered a slush/granita machine from sre. The office assistant doesnt know how to do her job, she failed to send the bill of lading to the shipper and our machine spent 2 weeks on a loading dock in chicago. We paid for 2 day air shipping. when the machine arrived it ran for less than 24 hours, then the seals went out spilling gallons of sticky slush liquid all over our floor. The drip tray was snapped off and hanging on by 1 prong. The motor on the 1st well went in 12 hours, we called and they sent us a replacement motor, while we were waiting on the 1st motor to arrive the send motor went. We face timed and sent video to the repair tech Francisco. he had us change wires and that blew the last motor out. The owner Dominic then sent another machine, this machine was not the same model and not as quality as the firs...

Called Dominic because a friend of mine purchased a ravioli machine from SRE and it is defective and they won't fix it. He cursed at me! I called because my friend (who has been in the pasta making business for decades) is in PA and I'm in DFW, so I'm local. I hung up when he begin cursing and yelling at me, then he called me back (!) and yelled into the phone, "I am so afraid of the BBB that I'm gonna sh*t my pants." And that was my very brief experience with Specialty Restaurant Equipment.
