The bowling alley itself is great but I ordered a ball from the pro shop and had the drilling and grips put in, but the help and drilling was wrong in every way so my balls grips hit the lane each time. I had to take it to another pro shop to have it fixed properly. The worst was I was lied to about how the ball would travel down the lane and knew it was BS. I recommend the bowling but not the pro shop if you are ordering and drilling a ball plus grips.
I tried to call and voice my frustrations over the covid procedures and the gaps in them following proper protocol and was told by the general manager to “kiss my ass”. Over 100 people were standing in line on top of each other without any social distancing.

Waited outside in the cold for a half hour last night for cosmic bowling. It hit capacity with 45 minutes before it was supposed to start. How is anyone supposed to be able to enjoy it that way? No communication of the policies. All there was was a guy standing at the counter screaming they were full. Most people were not following covid protocol and were standing on top of each other in line without masks. Update. I called and asked to speak the General Manager. I spoke to the general manager Steve Jalbous he was very rude to me on the phone. He would not allow to speak or share my opinion. The conversation ended with him telling me to "kiss my ass" completely unprofessional behavior. I have contacted corporate.
