Spring Creek Barbeque in Cypress

Not very good customer service. When I came up to order on the dining room side, what looked like a manager (?) was having a meltdown regarding a customer complaining about how the ribs were cooked. After a few minutes he looked at me to see what I wanted to order. Never apologized for what I had just witnessed - Sad

Bbq is amazing here!! I'm just giving it 4 stars because the costumer service was poor. We were a group of 11 and it was our first time there so we asked how everything worked and they said we order first and then we go sit down. So we decided what we wanted to order and when we were ready I went to the counter and said "excuse me" to the guy like 4 times and he just ignored me. I felt like he didn't want to take my order and was a little rude. He didn't say "I'm busy give me a minute" or "I'll be right with you" anything!

Pleasantly surprised with Spring Creek Barbeque today! We went in for lunch. I ordered the 2-meat combo and so did my husband. Each came with two sides. I tried the marble brisket and turkey breast and my husband tried the marble brisket and pulled pork. We each had the mac n cheese for our 1st side. For our 2nd sides, I had the coleslaw and he had the potato salad. The marble brisket was delicious! It was moist and scrumptious. I enjoyed the turkey. He thought the pork was tasty. We both thoroughly enjoyed the mac n cheese. I thought the coleslaw was average, at best, and he did not like the potato salad at all. The big winner here was the amazing bread roll. Oh my! The warm, fresh bread rolls are absolutely incredible!! Honestly, I went in thinking Spring Creek is just a so-so bbq restaurant but left with a whole new opinion. Give them a try!
