Spring Creek Bbq was Great! The smellReally reels you in! When we first walked in there were two signs, a dine in / take out - we walked to the dine in and arrived to the lunch line. A young man greeted us and asked us what we were interested in ordering. It being our first time there it would have been nice for someone toExplain the whole process of ordering ….it was left up to us to figure it out. The young man cut us some baby back ribs from the end of the ribs, the smallest 3 pieces on the entire rib, then slides the brisket like he was saving it for someone more worthy :-( when I asked him to cut us from the center of the ribs he gave me this look of dissatisfaction, like I ruined his day.
