The customer service experience could definitely be better. The bread with the butter is freaking awesome!!!! The salads look really good as well. I get the chop brisket sandwich and fries (fried foods are always made to order so they are fresh). One thing I do miss is there spicy bbq sauce it was the best I’ve had in Texas and they took it away. But always a good experience with the food.

Spring Creek Barbeque was good when we were dating 12 years ago but the food quality and customer service by management has declined in recent years. After seeing a news report on the local news this morning, we will never visit any Spring Creek Barbeque even if food quality and management improve. The news report was about a 16 year old working her 1st job at Spring Creek Barbeque. The girl was sexually harassed by a manager. After she finally told her parents, her parents filed reports with Spring Creek Corporate and police. Nothing was done so they hired an attorney who has statements from other minor girls that were also sexually harassed by the same manager and has filed a lawsuit. That manager is no longer at this Spring Creek location. His butt needs to be in jail! I'm sure he continues to sexually harass young women. The lawsuit is to have Spring Creek Corporate train their managers and employees about sexual harrassment and what do when it happens. Young women don't apply for a job here and people don't eat here. Food is subpar and why would you eat at a place that allows sexual harassment of young women?
