I hate writing this review because the food is good…UNFORTUNATELY tonight I found a cockroach in my food again (it’s the second time). Six months ago I ordered from here and found the bug in my pad Thai and swore them off. Tonight I was craving Thai so decided to take a chance on them again (what were the chances that it would happen twice?!?!)… I was disgusted that a LIVE roach crawled out of my box of fresh rolls, unsure if there were bugs in the rest of my dinner as I wouldn’t eat it. So gross, I will never eat here again. I know bugs are a reality of restaurants, but getting a roach in your food twice in 6 months (with only 2 orders being placed) is inexcusable. Clean up your kitchen Spring house.
