Went in today and it seems like this place went to a semi self help which takes 3 times as long. It feels so impersonal and ghost kitchen-esque. I hated this new experience. Also, ordered 4 cupcakes and every one of them was dry. I've been a Sprinkles fan for a long time and it's sad to see it descend.

Cupcakes were old and stale. Cutely frosted but cake part was definitely dry and didn't seem fresh at all.
