Incredibly overpriced!! This was $5.57. Not worth it. Go to Kilwins at Deerfield Beach. You’ll also have better views.

Showed up tonight and purchased two ice cream cones. The restaurant was dirty and cluttered, the ice cream and the cone ended up tasting stale but left feeling scammed. The woman who checked me out seemed uninterested in working and when I gave my card to pay she told me the total was $18, then took my card to use the kiosk and texted me my receipt and I was billed for $23. When reviewing my receipt hours later as it was texted to me, I noticed a large tip that I did not put and I was never told about. Ridiculous and very bad customer service to tip yourself without ever telling the customer, not only is it rude but it’s potentially fraudulent and is absolutely unacceptable. $18 for two ice cream cones that were stale with sub par stale ice cream as well, and then on top of that the server tipped herself with my credit card without ever mentioning it to me or giving me the option to tip. There are no signs stating there is a required tip or a server fee, and it is egregious for a server to tip themselves without the consent of the customer. Worst part is I likely would’ve left a tip regardless but now I will never give them my service again. Sprinkles and Scoops will scam you, and I can confidently say they will never have my business again.

I went to this little ice cream place off palmetto beach. It was fantastic. The owner ira was so friendly and chatty. The ice cream variety was unbelievable. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends to go visit sprinkles & scoops ice cream shop.
