I will start this review by saying that our waitress, Sparkles, was great. Very friendly. She gets a five star review. However, the food here is no good. I would place the food here at cafeteria quality. Seriously, you can buy prepackaged food at a higher quality than this place. If there is a 3% surcharge added to your bill to tip the kitchen, then that’s bogus because they suck. I’ve read other reviews about the subpar quality of the food, so I’m surprised nothing has been done to rectify the problem. I’m completely baffled at any review higher than a 3. I will most likely will not come back to this place. If you’re going to charge $23 for stuffed flounder, it had better be high quality not from the freezer. If you have a chef, fire them. If you don’t, you need one.

My husband and I was visiting family in VERO Beach from Arizona. We went out to eat at Squid lips and absolutely loved it. GREAT FOOD AND RELAXING DOWN TO EARTH ATMOSPHERE. We had a beautiful Florida breeze with Excellent food. I had the delicious stuffed shrimp and my husband had the stuffed flounder. Will definitely return to this restaurant!
