S&S cafeteria has loads of entre, deserts, salads, vegetables and bread choices. This is a big step up from your standard hospital cafeteria. I have eaten here many times and I have particularly enjoyed the sliced roast beef, sweet potato casserole, squash casserole, jalapeno corn bread, salmon croquet, etc. This is pretty decent homeade food and normally on the fresh side. Like most cafeterias which cater to an older crowd the food can be on the bland side but still it's overall tasty and pretty good. This is decent value for your money. Good portion size. Sitting in this restaurant can be a bit claustrophobic, crowded and dark. You don't get much service here especially if they're very busy. I would say for the approximately $10 you're going to spend here it's very comparable to what you might get at self serve whole foods hot/cold bar or 3 rivers... definitely better than Wright's cafeteria...i like S&S, evokes memories of lubys and Morrison's cafeterias...
