I love tasting menus, especially when they're delicious, thoughtful, and do not break the bank. Staple & Fancy's tasting menu experience is amazing! AND I love how their items rotate ("Menu is subject to change"). So depending WHEN you go, you'll have somewhat of a new experience.Though they don't offer an official wine pairing, our server knew exactly what wines paired well with our dishes.
