Been coming here for years, finally felt it’s time to speak up. They are ALWAYS out of menu items. I mean ALWAYS!Service is friendly, but they literally never have things I ask for, and I’m forced to pick other menu items in place of what I actually came to order.

Breakfast at this Starbucks was fine. You can't order at the counter; you have to use the app and place your order, even if you're already inside the restaurant, at least on the day I was there. Nobody told me that. I waited at the counter for awhile, until I finally noticed the sign. My iced green tea came out quickly, but my Turkey Bacon and Egg White Muffin was about 10 minutes behind. I didn't use the drive-through; it might have been different there, but the line was very long.
