One of the main reasons that I have always loved Starbucks is because they typically have good customer service. It is sad that all it takes is one bad employee or an employee having a bad day to ruin a company's reputation. Long story short- they completely messed up on my drink. They gave me a Grande cup of light brown water basically. When I went back and asked them to remake it they refused because it wasn't the same day. Monica the manager was called. She didn't apologize for the fact that I paid for a drink and didn't get what I ordered. She just reiterated the company "rule". When I asked politely once more " can you please do the remake". She said "no". I then said "oh well, I guess I'll have to call customer service and asked for her name, to which she very swiftly replied with a "I don't care call them" attitude "Monica store number ....." and I said "ok now you're trying to be a b." Are you sure there is nothing you can do? She responded "No, and you cursed so I'm asking you to leave" So the short of it is, they destroyed my drink and I didn't have time to go back in there at the moment. I went back, Monica was rude and it escalated to her kicking me out the store! Unbelievable! Lol!! I hadn't raised my voice at all and refused to...
