I went this morning as always. I am a frequent customer. I usually get cold drinks though. This is my first time i decided to get a hot drink for myself. I got the peppermint hot chocolate just for it not even be close to full to the top:( I wonder why I peeped through the hole that the liquid is far down and I opened the lid to see it :/ I just hope you guys full it up a bit more for your next customers

For the second time, the app allowed me to place a mobile order at 9pm but the location was closed when I showed up just a few minutes later to pick it up, even tho the app said it was open until 10pm. I get it, hours change and COVID has been a big part of that. I just wish the app would have known that they were about to close when I placed the order so I didn't waste my time. Second time I had to send a message to the company to get a refund. May as well get them to refund my entire Starbucks card balance since I'm not sure I'll be going back. In the scheme of things it's not a big deal, just annoying.
