Sometimes I like this starbucks. Sometimes I don't. Today I especially wasn't pleased. I get that it gets busy, and that there are multiple orders to fulfil..but that doesn't mean to ignore a customer's order. I pre-ordered my 1 DRINK..which is very quick to make..and I thought it would be done by the time I got there but it wasn't. I stood in the pickup line for like 30 min watching people who ordered after I got there get their order before I even did. I stood...

I ordered my friend & i a refresher. We waited about 25 minutes. They had my friends drink ready & a empty cup for mine. I asked why isn't my drink ready. They said they discontinued it but the cashier didn't communicate that to me so I waited there for a refund instead of apologizing she said the cashier is new. Instead of refunding me the whole order for waisting my time & THEIR miscommunication. I'll never come here again!

Slowest service ever. All staff (evening shift) seems like sleeping while making coffee. They don't know the meaning of productivity. Management needs to check this branch. I have been waiting for more than 30 mins just for simple coffee and not even a lot of customers. Management needs to pay attention to this Starbucks branch.
