Not sure what is up with this Starbucks BUT I have had the worse luck here 3 times in a row already!!!!!! First time waiting in line took 15 mins so I left! Second time I asked to use just 1 reward for my order she took 2 rewards off!!!! This third time I ordered a grande size beverage to be handed a venti size and asked if I was charged for this size, she said "yes" and acted like she didn't know what to do about it! I was so frustrated I just left!!!!
