Good Morning! It seems that every time I go to the La Palma location, my order is always delayed and not how I ordered it. This morning I was the only one of two people in the store and it took almost 20 mins to receive my order. I had to ask where my order was and it turns out that the deer in head lights guy at the register never put my order in! I will NEVER be back to this location. The service is HORRIBLE and the staff could care less! I had to give it 1 star to post this. Zero is more accurate.

One of my favorite starbucks!! I usually prefer drive thrus but I go out of my way for this one because of how kind and accurate the baristas are! Beth and Josiah especially always went out of their way even when they were so busy. 10/10
