Starbucks in Anaheim

I work next store at Sunglass Hut. And have been here 4 years. Never have I ever been treated with such respect and friendship than by JOE here at this Starbucks. Joe you're a STAR who always makes my coffee experience 1000x better. Usually people here a cranky but, Joe is the complete opposite. Joe I wish you the best in this life my man ! Cheers and here's to many more coffees from you good sir !

Brooklyn was the cashier that rung me up. She was pretty rude and very short with me. She asked what I wanted, not even a single "Hello."  I approached the cash wrap and she said, "What can I get you?" I didn't get a hello or a casual "Hey, how's your day going?" or anything like that.  Instead I got a short and sour "What can I get you?" When I asked for a Trenta black tea lemonade, she looked at me with the most puzzled look on her face and said, "what?!? What is that?!?" I was shocked that she didn't know what I was referring to.  I was also shocked that she continued to give me so much attitude.  I repeated myself and again she was very confused.  I asked instead for a passion tea lemonade.  I then asked for it to be sweetened with classic sweetener and not their usual liquid cane.  She again snapped at me rather harshly, "Huh?!?!"  I had to repeat myself three times.  Once she was satisfied with the notes about my drink customization she then snapped at me again, "That it?"  Excuse me?!? I don't think that I have been treated so rudely at a Starbucks before. I know that this particular Starbucks is super busy from the moment that they open until they close 30 minutes after their scheduled closing time because they are a staple at Downtown Disney, but that is NO way to treat customers at all.  Unfortunately, as soon as she shoved me off after my having placed my order, she had the same attitude towards other folks that were behind us waiting to order. Terrible!   I really cannot believe that Brooklyn was up there taking orders with that kind of attitude.   The people who made my two requested drinks, they were very friendly and sweet.  They thanked me for my order and for waiting.  Wow!  What a difference in attitude and e...

Terry the cashier is the worst cashier ever. She be taking her sweet time to take people's order when there's a really long line. Also the worst customer service.
