Went there at 12.30pm and saw two ladies there but the door was locked. It says they close at 4pm so I don't understand. I waved and knocked and they looked at me, saw me and just ignored. Very rude. If they're closed then they need to put a sign saying so.

Diamond members, don't bother waiting in the Hilton Honors line. They won't acknowledge or help you unless you are in the regular line. After 4 people were helped before me, I asked if this was even a line and a barista told me I have to tell them I'm a diamond member. How am I supposed to "tell them" when the sign that's 6 feet away from the cashier says to wait there? This location doesn’t know how to run a business. We go there at 1pm. They post on google that they’re open until 4pm but apparently they close at noon or whenever “there’s slow traffic” says the front desk.
