Bad customer service for last 3 times we visited this location. All 3 x, staff were rude. No greeting even when ordering. I thought I would give this place last try today and the worst experience. Sydnee was the employee that took our order. After scanning our strawberry oats, she threw the item back at us. She looks like she is miserable working there. Item should be handed back and not thrown! Another day, I showed up at mobile line and there were 2 staff talking in front of me while I waited. They decided to walk away without checking with me on my order. Only time they acknowledged me is when I tried to grab my coffee with my name on it .  The very first time we visited, we waited 25 minutes for our order, it was not even that busy and they had 5 staff in store. Looks like some were standing around. Looks disorganized. Lastly, inside and outside store are unkempt. Trash are full and there are masks on ground. This place definitely need more customer service training. They r lucky to have location going for them for business.. Definitely will not return.

Probably the worst Starbucks I've been to as far as service. I can believe I waited for 30 mins for and iced green tea and salted caramel cold brew. After 30 mins, we've asked how long did we need to wait for our breakfast sandwiches. We were told to wait at least 20 mins more. At this point we've settled for a refund and left.

We are staying at the Cambria. We have mobile ordered every morning of our 7 day stay. This store is very inconsistent with drink Quality and time management. I understand every morning is different and most Starbucks are slammed in the mornings. This is why it's important to have your best bar partners on bar during these times. This morning my husband waited 23 mins from the time our one drink was placed until it was ready. About an hour later we placed another mobile order for 1 drink thinking things might have slowed down, nope! My husband waited 20 mins after we placed it and walked over. He said it was a absolute zoo. Probably 40 people standing around waiting for mobiles. Finally after 40 mins of waiting out 1 drink was ready. He said multiple people were getting refunds. Yesterday, we mobile ordered 3 drinks. They were ready in 15, great. We walk back over to the room to give our kids their drinks and realize they left so much foam and put so much whip cream on them, our drinks are now tall size in a grande cup. We made another trip over there to get remakes. I hate asking for a new ones but paying for a grande and receiving a tall size in the cup just wasn't going to work for me. If you plan to mobile order anything, I would give yourself at least 30 mins.
