How have I been here for HALF AN HOUR for a SINGLE BLACK CUP OF COFFEE. Just absurd to be expected to do this, I was in the drive through and came in to speed it up and got a muffin half an hour ago and I checked to see if they forgot my coffee but they didn't, they're just slow as heck. Done with this and about to cancel my order

Everytime I order from the establishment on Knox Abbott they never have what I want then I'm forced to wait for my money back..

The staff was very unfriendly. I ordered a tea that comes with strawberry, they were out but offered me peach instead. I said ok but then noticed that they charged me an extra dollar for peach. I won’t go back to this location and honestly I haven’t been back to Starbucks since then, I used to go atleast once a week.
