I give it a 2 because the line for drive thru was ridiculous just because there dinning room wasn’t open, having a mobile order and waiting in line defeats the purpose. Just because your to lazy to clean the lobby throughout the day isn’t acceptable

I love Starbucks but I'm going to need somebody in corporate to put a rush order in for all Starbucks who don't have the long straws cause I'm not a happy camper when I order my venti caramel frappe with extra caramel and I get a little straw.. ijs
