My husband and I are in town to surprise family from across the country & we stopped at the target Starbucks down the street for 4 iced caramel macchiatos… when we got in the car we realized that none of the coffees had sweetener/syrup in them. I walked into the Sanderson Ave Starbucks to explain that I would pay for 4 new ones if they couldn’t add sweetener for me. Monique & Krista (the morning shift managers) asked me to show that I purchased the coffees this morning on my app. Instead of making me pay again they just made me 4 brand new iced caramel macchiatos for free. HIGHLY PLEASED with this experience & their level of customer service & understanding!
