What I like about Starbucks are the cold iced versus hot options. So nice! Output usually yummy unless you get a large iced (too too much ice) brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso, n which case you need double expresso to avoid dilution. I love love loyalty programs and After struggling several visits with signing up for the rewards through the app, many drinks later I finally got in! So Saturday I decided to treat the family to Starbucks (all 4 of us) I ordered drinks which totaled well over $26 but..... to date I have NOT received rewards for this order, even though the guy appeared to have scanned my QR code and I paid. Once when I didn't a reward right away on a visit, I was told that the points would appear within 24 hours. It's been 72 hours and no 26 points. Bummer! What's the point of a rewards program when you don't receive your due rewards??? Plus I waited quite a long time as it was hectic when I arrived.
