I have been a regular at Starbucks for years. Typically I have only good things to say about the quality and service I receive there, but this last visit I was truly a disappointed. I ordered a couple of refreshers and a bagel with cream cheese. The refreshers were for a friend and I and the bagel was for my friends daughter. The drinks were spot on, but the bagel came with avocado spread instead of cream cheese spread. Normally I would have been okay with almost anything that came with a bagel, but try to convince a six year old that this green stuff is as good as the cream cheese she always gets. I called the location in Waimalu to alert them to their mistake, with the hope of helping them prevent this error from repeating itself in the future... especially since I have bought a few bagels from them in the past and this was not the first issue. To my surprise all I got were questions and excuses. Was I sure I ordered the right spread? The cream cheese and avocado containers look alike.
