WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I did mobile order, I waited 15 minutes. I asked the manager about my order and she told me that I have to go and tell them that I'm already in the store so they can do my order She not even said "sorry".

There are better Starbucks near this location with better customer service. This location seems to have lazy staff and poor management. I do not recommend this location.

i came in as usual before work & left my wallet on the counter. Sabrina ran it out to my car before i drove away saving me so much stress! she & the staff here are ANGELS. all after suggesting & preparing a small tweak on my coffee order that somehow made it more delicious. you magical friggin angels. starbucks rancho for the win!!
