I came here hoping to use the mobile app to order my drinks but it was not available. As I went inside to order in person, instead of drive-thru that was very busy. I believe I talked to Cody and try to get my order made right bc the last several locations I have went to, to make the Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte (Hot) it has been made wrong. I am not sure if it's because I first ordered it and it was made with regular Pike Place Roast but I have noticed the other 2-3 locations (including this one) has made it with Blonde Roast. For some reason, I think I like it better as a Dark/Medium Roast. Anyways, I trusted Cody's suggestion and just kept the order as is on the menu. When I drank the drink, it still tasted burnt, so I had to request 2 more pumps of sugar cookie syrup for it to taste better (sweeter) but tbh I shouldn't have t...
