The wait is longer than usual for most other Starbucks so they will loose a star but they never get my order wrong and the staff is friendly.

I went into the cafe today and it was extremely busy. I was expecting a very long wait and expecting a lot less than I was given. Starbucks is given a bad rep lately considering they don't have anything to sell but the team at this store went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Not only did they great me when I walked in but specifically this young lady, I believe her name was Vinitia went above and beyond to make me feel especially welcomed. She complimented my nails and asked my name and got to know me a little bit. She even asked my daughter how old she was and made her giggle. This girl was incredibly sweet and this store should feel lucky to have her on their team. I have never felt so great walking into a store. I might have to have her come work for me !

I went to this Starbucks this morning with my girlfriend whom works at a coffee truck herself, and I was not pleased. It was from 11:00 to 12:00 pm. I usually come here with her and have no problems but today, the baristas were taking the longest time. By the time I got to the window i was already waiting 10-15 minutes in line, but the I had to wait 10 minutes just to pay for our drinks. The lady working drive thru didn't even greet us or tell us it was going to be a wait for our drinks. So Im sorry to see if this place will get my business again or the people I knows business
