Starbucks is not my fave because they insist on double roasted coffee. This tastes burnt to me. We did get 2 cafe mochas and a banana bread, but the speaker system did not pick up my voice. I had to shout and correct the order. The line was long and slow. The coffee is well made but not my style -I like Gevalia. I go to *bucks rarely. Fans will go there regardless of my opinion....

Totally Bad Experience at 2363 Roux St., Suite 101, Henrico, VA 23230! Will be making a personal phone call to management of this location to explain a situation that may make me not return to this establishment. I will remain a Starbucks customer, but will deter people from this location. Please hire people that can read simple printed ENGLISH!!!!
