Love the baristas, hate their "new hours". Baristas listen well and have always gotten my orders correct... Literally percent of the time. With the exception of the company's politics, they are a fine example to be followed solely for their professionalism and consistent demonstration of putting the client first!

Their service is excellent, but I've never had a drink from Starbucks that I felt was great. Their coffee always tastes burned and bitter to me, and no amount of cream or sugary syrups can make up for that. But sometimes you just really need some caffeine, and on that Starbicks delivers.
