Drinks prepared perfect and service always warm and friendly

Had an unfortunate experience at this Starbucks. I was picking up an online order for myself and some friends. When I arrived, I told them that I had an online order. The lady just pointed over to the edge of the counter and said “it’s over there”. She didn’t make sure the drinks were in a cup holder, didn’t make sure the entire order was there, they just kinda left it to me to figure it out. I didn’t place the order, I was just picking it up. I read the labels and put the drinks together. I don’t mind doing this, but it would be nice if they set it up because they’re the ones who know the entire order. When I got back to deliver the drinks to my friends, the one who ordered said he ordered a croissant sandwich. There was no food on the counter when I picked it up. Just careless customer service, it’s unfortunate. Coffee is still tasty though
