The rudest manager ever! All Starbucks that I have frequented lately have gone back to happily taking g travel mugs when filling coffee orders. They have always rinsed the cup, some with hot water! This man would not take my cup because there was a bit of yesterdays coffee in it so I went to the bathroom and washed it out. He was very rude saying he couldn't take it now because he didn't know if it was sanitized? WatF!!!!!! Lost a customer! Rude and dismissive. Way to be part of the Problem 'sir'!

I love this Starbucks but the coffee is starting taste watered down and they add more milk than coffee. Also for the last week or so I’ve been getting vanilla cold foam but it been either watery or mixed in. One time I said somethingOne lady blended it for 2.2 seconds and put it in a small cup but inside was just liquid not foam.
