Starbucks in Arlington

Fast service, great grilled cheese sourdough sandwich they make. And always wonderful caramel machiatto!

I ordered my usual… venti caramel macchiato hot with 5 shots of espresso. Remember I said my usual (I get Starbucks a minimum 2 times a day) I know what my drink is supposed to taste like! This drink tasted like a mix of the last few drinks that were prepared before mine! It’s very obvious that they are not properly cleaning items used to prepare drinks! I should never taste anything other than my drink. It tasted like some sort of passion fruit mixed with coffee. It was not pleasant. 9$ for a cup of nasty that ultimately was thrown out. The more I thought about why my drink tasted like that the more I became disgusted at the thought of the uncleanliness that must have been taking place!Starbucks needs to step up their game because there are some up and coming competition that just might take your place. My rating always seem to be driven by visit. It started as 5 stars. With the last visits i have to be honest and give rating earned. Ever since day ONE of the sugar plum Danish hitting the menu i have not gotten one. Went every single location near me and nope, none there. Then, 3 times in a row my sugar cookie latte didn’t even get sprinkles. Or whipped cream. I parked and went inside to complain, was told sorry, we ran out of the Danish and sprinkles. They could have told me that when i ordered it, right??? I am so sorry, but if you KNOW your offering something for the holidays, and yet NEVER had it in the store to sale, I am calling BS and false advertisement. Making 14 visits, daily...
